Perils

Built for the loss types you actually document.

One job can carry more than one peril. Sections appear in the record and the report when the peril is on the job or when data of that kind exists.

Moisture map on the field app showing the laundry and basement stair readings three days into drying, most now green or amber, with running equipment markers on the plan.

Water

Moisture stations with dry standards and dated re-probes, psychrometrics on every reading, chambers, equipment and rule-based drying alerts per IICRC S500 practice.

Floor-plan editor with the kitchen fire scope: soot-level shading over the range wall, ceiling and upper cabinets, odor and restoration-action pins, and the north dial set to 348 degrees.

Fire & smoke

Soot level, residue type, dry or wet smoke, odor and a documented restoration scope per surface, with unaffected reference points. Wipe and bulk samples with lab results. Scope only, never origin and cause.

Air-sample heat map on the basement floor plan: the whole basement room tinted red from its indoor cassette result, with the air layer button showing one room measured.

Mold

Air, swab and tape samples by cassette ID, lab results on the sample, and an air heat map that tints only rooms with a qualifying result. Screening bands, not a health or safety standard.

Office project page for Maple Street: inspector roster, protocol and methodology card, and rooms and notes with recorded moisture readings.

Structural

Element, observable extent and point of water entry, documented on the plan with photos. No severity words, no safe or unsafe, no repair scope.

Capabilities

Six things the record has to prove.

Every screen below is the shipped product on demo data. The capabilities page has the full list.

Moisture map with heat layer over the laundry and stair, station pins and a north caption.

LiDAR floor plans and moisture maps

Scan or draw a plan, set north, place stations. Heat tints only what was measured; unmeasured stays untinted.

Floor plans and moisture →
Drying charts by room: per-station reading trends against the drying goal and dry standard for the laundry room, master bedroom and living room.

Drying logs, charts, psychrometrics

Dated re-probes drive per-room and per-station charts. Dew point, grain depression and vapour pressure on every reading.

Drying management →
Air samples tab of the Evidence Package: living room green, master bedroom amber and basement red, each with total spores per cubic metre, detected taxa and the outdoor reference cassette.

Air and surface sampling

Cassette barcodes, lab import from EMSL PDF or CSV confirmed one by one, wipe and bulk samples with fire results.

Sampling and lab results →
Damage Scope tab of the Evidence Package: a documented restoration scope summary and a surface-by-surface table of material, observation, residue, odor and action.

Fire and smoke damage scope

A documented restoration scope per surface, with HVAC assessment and unaffected references for every scoped material.

Fire scope →
Page four of the client PDF report: the main-floor site plan with numbered finding pins, station readings, dimensions and the north caption.

Evidence Package and PDF, Word, XLSX

One dataset feeds the HTML package, the PDF and Word reports and the Excel workbook, so screen and document never drift.

Reports and deliverables →
Office project page: moisture station cards with reading charts, and the fire and smoke damage scope card summarising rooms affected, observations and restoration actions.

Office review and revisions

A board by status, the same plan and cards the field sees, revision requests back to the inspector, exports logged with who and when.

The deliverable

The Evidence Package is the record, not a summary of it.

Evidence Package viewer for Maple Street: header with loss type, export date and SHA-256 fingerprint; tabs for moisture map, 3D view, drying charts, job sheet, media, damage scope, moisture stations and air samples; the main-floor moisture map with moisture, fire scope and air-sample layers switched on.
Opened from the file the field app exported. Makes no network connections.
  • One file. Moisture map, 3D view, drying charts, job sheet, media, damage scope, stations and air samples in a single HTML file the adjuster opens on anything.
  • Day by day. An as-of scrubber replays the job from the day of loss. Every reading keeps its date, inspector and meter photo.
  • Fingerprinted. SHA-256 of the dataset in the header, hashes on every photo, and the same numbers in the PDF, Word and Excel exports.

How it works

Scan, capture, review, deliver.

One dataset builder feeds every screen and every export.

Floor-plan editor on iPad with room, door, window, reading and damage tools, an Import LiDAR button and the north dial.

Scan

Scan a room or a whole floor with LiDAR on iPad Pro, or draw it. Set north by dial or compass. Plans stay marked as drafts until an inspector confirms them.

Moisture map with the readings list below it: dry standards first, then stations with material, scale and the latest value.

Capture

Dry standard first, then stations, re-probes, equipment, samples and photos. Written to the device first, synced when service returns.

Office projects board with columns for scheduled, in field, submitted, under review, revisions requested, ready to bill and closed.

Review

The office sees the same plan and cards, requests revisions back to the field, and moves the job through review to billing.

Drying charts tab of the Evidence Package: master bedroom drying summary with two stations trending toward the drying goal and dry standard.

Deliver

Export the Evidence Package, the client PDF, Word and Excel from the same dataset. Every office export is logged.

  • English and Spanish interface
  • Google Drive and Dropbox backups
  • Protocol templates per organization
  • Offline-first with a visible sync queue
  • Contents inventory per room
  • Voice and video calls to key inspectors
